Sarah Palin took time to greet 20 VIP guest personally but the masses had less than 30 seconds with her. Yet many people say a glimpse of her and an autograph was life changing. Natalie Nichols said Palin inspired her to go back to school and vote for the first time. The mother of four wrote Palin a four-page hand written letter and was blown away by her response.
"She answered it from the governor's mansion with this birth announcement of Trig and said it was inspiring to hear about your first vote. She read my letter and cares," Nichols said.
Palin's 336 page book Going Rouge is a sold out at Legacy Books.
