The message is all over Dallas today -- get your pants over your butt.Today, 22 billboards went up across the city urging residents to "Pull 'Em Up." This is the second campaign in three years to end sagging pants.
Dallas Mayor Pro Tem Dwaine Caraway is again leading the charge.
But this time, city leaders also have a message for young women -- "keep it a secret" and dress modestly.
Local actress Irma P. Hall, better known as "Big Mama" from the movie "Soul Food," graces each of the billboards. ClearChannel Outdoor donated the signs.
