All this week we're featuring chefs from the Taste of Dallas. Today, owner of Chamberlain Steak and Chop House, chef Richard Chamberlain is in the studio.

Chef Chamberlain brought in a few of the dishes he'll be showcasing this coming weekend. Fish market gumbo, made with shrimp, broth, jasmine rice and his southwest shrimp cocktail, made with shrimp and chili in a spicy sauce.

Some the proceeds from ticket and food sales will be going toward the American Heart Associate, which Chamberlain has been an active supporter of for 14 years.

This year will be the 24th annual Taste of Dallas, only this year the festivities will take place at Fair Park. This family friendly event is a great way to get a thorough taste of the eats Dallas and surrounding areas have to offer and it's all at a great price. Once inside, nothing costs more than $3! And with 150,000 square feet of air conditioned space, the show will go on, rain or shine.

Chamberlain Steak and Chop House is located at 5330 Belt Line Road in Addison.
