In response to former TABC agent Chris Aller's recent comments, we strongly disagree with his claim that excessive force was not used in the take-down of Chad Gibson at the Rainbow Lounge. While he is certainly entitled to his opinion, it is contrary to the sworn statements of numerous eye witnesses.
At this point, we are eagerly awaiting the final conclusions of both the TABC and the Fort Worth Police Department's investigations and are hopeful that the truth will become evident. Mr. Gibson continues in his recovery from the injuries he sustained in the incident.
